  • The BREATHE project aims to generate key results to empower women entrepreneurs in rural environments, promoting their personal and professional development through innovative and collaborative tools.

Online training programme

The online training will be 20 hours aimed at women who wish to strengthen their self-confidence, reconnect with their purpose and align their professional project with their personal values.

Throughout 10 experiential workshops, the programme integrates self-knowledge, self-esteem and self-care from a holistic point of view that unites body, emotion and mind.

It combines practical tools for time management, assertive communication and project planning with methodologies such as IKIGAI and Dragon Dreaming, together with emotional regulation techniques based on breathing, conscious movement, Chi Kung and music therapy.
