You provide us with your personal details when you complete the relevant form that we provide.

The legal basis for processing your data is the consent you provide us, which is express, free, and unequivocal.
Purpose of personal data processing
When you complete our form, you are providing personal data which will be processed by the Data Controller. This information may include personal data such as your name and surname, email address, telephone number, as well as data relating to your personal employment situation, necessary for managing both student participation in the relevant training course and the Erasmus+ Project itself.
By providing this information and giving your consent, you allow it to be collected, used, managed, and stored by RURAL BRIDGE SL, as described in this Privacy Policy.
Acceptance and consent
As a User, you declare that you have been informed of the conditions regarding the protection of personal data, and you accept and consent to its processing by the Owner in the manner and for the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy.

You undertake to ensure that the data provided to the Holder are correct, complete, accurate and up-to-date, as well as to keep them duly updated.
As a User, you are solely responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the data you send us in the form, exempting the Owner from any responsibility in this regard.

- Requesting limitation of your treatment.
- Object to the treatment.
- Request the portability of your data.
The exercise of these rights is personal and therefore must be exercised directly by the person concerned, by requesting it directly from the Controller, which means that any User who has provided their data at any time can approach the Controller and request information about the data they hold and how they obtained it, request its rectification, request the portability of their personal data, object to its processing, limit its use, or request the deletion of that data from the Controller's files.
To exercise your rights, you must send an email to info@ruralbridge.es along with legally valid proof such as a photocopy of your D.N.I. or equivalent.
You have the right to effective judicial protection and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, in this case, the Spanish Data Protection Agency, if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you infringes the Regulation.
Personal data conservation
The personal data you provide to the Controller will be retained while the requested service is being managed or until you request its deletion.
Data recipients
Some of the personal data that you provide to us may be shared with the SEPIE (Spanish Service for the Internationalisation of Education) once the Erasmus+ project has finished.
Personal data security
To protect your personal data, the Holder takes all reasonable precautions and follows industry best practices to prevent its loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Revocability
To exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, portability and objection, you must send an email to info@ruralbridge.es along with valid legal proof such as a photocopy of your D.N.I. or equivalent.
Your exercise of rights does not include any data that the Holder is obliged to retain for administrative, legal or security purposes.
