Intellectual and industrial property
According to the Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 of 12 April, Intellectual Property Law Rural Bridge owns the intellectual property rights of this Website by the mere fact of its creation and is comprised of personal and patrimonial rights, which attribute to the author full disposal and exclusive right to exploit the work, with no further limitations than those established in said Law.
Consequently, the exclusive exercise of the exploitation rights of this Web space, in any form, and in particular the rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication, and transformation, belongs to Rural Bridge, and these may not be exercised without their authorisation. Therefore, the reproduction, distribution, and public communication, of all or part of the contents of this web page, for commercial purposes, are expressly prohibited.
In general, the User undertakes to respect the Intellectual and Industrial Property rights belonging to its owner. Rural Bridge reserves the right to take legal action corresponding to the illicit use of the website as well as its contents for the violation of the aforementioned conditions.
Copyright in all multimedia materials (photographs, illustrations, texts or videos) provided on this Website by Rural Bridge is the property of Rural Bridge or the original creator of the material. Rural Bridge grants the User a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the materials on this Website for good faith purposes relating to their interaction with it. Unless expressly stated otherwise, copying, reproduction, downloading, distribution or modification, whether electronic or mechanical, of any content on this Website is prohibited without authorisation from Rural Bridge. This licence shall be deemed revoked, without prior notice, at the moment the User infringes these Terms and Conditions.
Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection
In accordance with Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights Rural Bridge S.L. guarantees that the User's personal data will be treated with adequate security, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, by applying the appropriate technical or organisational measures available to them.
The data collection will be for the purpose of continuous improvement, expansion, and management of the services made available to the User, as well as for subsequent support and resolution of User queries or problems. Said collection will be carried out through forms, emails, as well as those that may be obtained from the Social Networks of those users who have decided to join the profile created by Rural Bridge on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter or Instagram, always in accordance with the Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce. Thus considering the User's consent for the use of data that appears on their profile on the aforementioned social networks.
The user will always be able to manage their personal data through the privacy settings provided by the different platforms.
IP addresses and web servers
All information used by the web server, such as the IP address or URL used by the user, will be logged for subsequent processing for statistical purposes only, such as number of visits, access point, etc.

Rural Bridge may review these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Such modifications will take effect immediately from the moment of their publication on this website, so it is the User's responsibility to periodically visit this page to determine the current Terms and Conditions to which they must adhere at that time.
In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared invalid, unenforceable or illegal by a court, such provision shall be deemed to be severed from the Terms and Conditions, with the remaining provisions remaining in full force and effect.
Governing law and jurisdiction
This website is owned by Rural Bridge, operating in Spain. Rural Bridge makes no representations as to the applicable legality in other countries, whether within or outside the EU, and therefore access to and use of this website from outside Spain are prohibited.
These Terms and Conditions, as well as any aspect related to the Rural Bridge Website, shall be governed by the laws in force in the Kingdom of Spain, and the User irrevocably agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary national courts and tribunals of the city of Cordoba.
User Obligations
This website allows User access using a Username and Password. The User agrees to:
- To make legitimate use of the Website, complying with the Terms and Conditions in force at each moment.

Rural Bridge is not responsible for the content published by users and reserves the right to remove any user publication that infringes any point of these Terms and Conditions, and may result in the temporary or permanent deactivation of the user.
Buy electronics
Sale and purchase agreement
The User's completion of a purchase process on this website shall be understood as mutual consent between the User and Rural Bridge, with the sales contract being perfected, as set out in the Articles 1258 and 1450 of the Civil Code. Likewise, by means of the aforementioned purchase process, the User confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
However, Rural Bridge reserves the right to refuse and/or cancel orders from Users with whom:
- There is an ongoing legal dispute.
- You have previously breached these Terms and Conditions (or those Terms and Conditions that were in effect at the time of purchase).
- Provided false or incomplete information.
- Be involved in any known illegal activity.
- You use this website or any product/service of Rural Bridge contrary to these Terms and Conditions, the Law, morality, good customs or public order.
Rural Bridge will not be held responsible for unavailability of products due to *force majeure* or errors in the order.
The electronic information generated by the purchase process will be retained by Rural Bridge, in compliance with the data protection policy defined in this document. The User has the right to request a copy of it at any time by using the contact form provided on our website or by email to info@ruralbridge.es.
Website availability
The Rural Bridge website is a software program that requires maintenance, security updates, and enhancement updates, meaning services may be temporarily affected or disabled. Rural Bridge will provide notice of these maintenance periods whenever possible, and shall not, in any event, be held responsible for any inconvenience caused by them.
Likewise, the website is hosted on servers (computer equipment) that may experience temporary outages due to maintenance or other force majeure events, with Rural Bridge being exempt from any issues related to service absence in these situations.
Rural Bridge shall not be liable in any case for damages arising from the User's use of computer equipment and/or networks to which they connect, as well as for any other reason beyond Rural Bridge's control, including service outages, interruptions, computer viruses, breakdowns, etc.
By confirming these Terms and Conditions, the User releases Rural Bridge from liability for service failure, and waives the right to compensation for damages, losses, and loss of profit.
Product descriptions and prices
The prices displayed in the shop and in the shopping cart on this website will be shown in Euros, always including VAT.
Despite our efforts to keep the information on the website up-to-date and complete, errors may occur in the prices shown or in the product descriptions.
In the event that a User has completed a purchase process and Rural Bridge detects an error in one or more of the prices that make up said purchase, we will notify the User of said problem, who may opt to cancel the purchase at no cost.
Similarly, if we detect that the description displayed for a product does not match reality, we will contact the User as soon as possible, with the User also being able to terminate the contract.
Website Payments
Any potential discounts and/or additional costs that affect the total order price will be shown in the shopping basket before you confirm the purchase process, so that you can verify and confirm them before proceeding to the payment gateway.
These additional costs include those relating to shipping expenses, which could be covered by Rural Bridge in the event of any relevant promotion and provided that the established conditions for availing of it are met.
Payment can be made by bank card (both debit and credit) or by cash on delivery upon receipt of the order.
Should you pay by card, the website will redirect you to the payment gateway provided by the entity Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (BBVA). This gateway provides a Safe environment in which the User must complete their bank card details. As set out in the User Obligations section of this document, the User agrees to provide only accurate and true information during this process. Rural Bridge will not be able to access the information on this payment gateway under any circumstances; this operation is solely between the User and the entity BBVA.
Deliveries
The dispatch of products purchased by the User will be carried out as soon as possible, taking into account working hours and product availability.
Shipments of purchases made on the website will be entrusted to the company Correos via the Correos Express service. This service ensures delivery within 48 working hours. If the delivery deadline is not met, the User must contact Rural Bridge as soon as possible.
The User undertakes to complete the delivery details with a true address and one where delivery by Correos is possible.
Rural Bridge shall in no case be liable for delivery delays, and Correos shall be responsible according to its hiring terms.
Rural Bridge may cancel a shipment if (I) the destination is outside the area where Rural Bridge or Correos operates, (II) the shipping address does not exist, (III) the shipping address is unreachable, and/or (IV) one or more of the ordered products are no longer available and no agreement is reached between the User and Rural Bridge for their replacement.
Withdrawals and returns
The User has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with Rural Bridge, without the need for justification, within a period not exceeding fourteen (14) calendar days after receipt of the purchase. If the same order is delivered in different packages, the date of receipt of the last package shall be taken into account.
For health and hygiene protection reasons, we will not accept returns of products that have been opened, show signs of use, or whose tamper-evident seal has been torn or manipulated. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered. In the case of faulty products not manufactured by Rural Bridge, the warranty will be that stipulated by the manufacturer(s) of such products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must contact Rural Bridge with this decision before the aforementioned period expires, indicating the order number and the email address used to place the order, as well as any additional comments they wish to communicate to the Rural Bridge team. The User will receive confirmation of the withdrawal and an address to which they will have to send the product(s) in the same or a similar condition to how they were received. The right of withdrawal is not applicable when product customisation has been expressly requested for the user. Likewise, withdrawal is not applicable when a service has been contracted.
The return of the product(s) to Rural Bridge will be the responsibility of the User, and likewise, they will be the one to bear the associated shipping costs.
Upon receipt and verification of the integrity of the returned product(s), Rural Bridge will issue a refund of the amount paid by the User within a maximum of 14 calendar days. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the purchase, unless the User explicitly communicates a different preference.
