- Workshop 1: Workshop 1: Where do I start? Get to know yourself.Objective: To be aware of the starting point we are at on a personal and professional level. Could we say that we know each other? Why is it important to get to know each other? Starting point map: behavior, personal competencies or resources, potential and strengths. It is worked on partly individually and partly in small group rooms where it is shared.0
- Workshop 2: Sharpen up.Objective: Facilitate the start of an inner journey through a process of personal listening and perception from physical awareness and movement. - Workshop 3: Values: the foundation.Objective: Identify and align your personal values with those of your project. What do we mean by values? Types of securities Alignment of values0
- Workshop 4: My reason for being. The purpose.Objective: To reflect on our personal and professional purpose. What is success to you? How to connect my project to my personal identity through IKIGAI: Recognizing our strengths, interests, and connection to the environment, and the impact we want to have on it. How to innovate from who I am.0
- Workshop 5: Think carefully and you will succeed.Objective: To foster confidence in one's own resources through intentional and creative thinking to promote personal and professional development. How is your inner dialogue? Functioning of thought Limiting beliefs: how to identify them and “reset them” Improving internal dialogue and self-acceptance: harmony between body and mind.0
- Workshop 6: Assertive communication.Objective: To improve our internal coherence and our communication. What difficulties do you encounter when communicating? Internal coherence: aligning what I think, feel, and do (without self-deception). Relationship with the outside world: how I communicate and handle difficult conversations. Practical assertiveness: saying “no,” asking for what I need, and setting boundaries calmly.0
- Workshop 7: Prioritize yourself.We propose resources to foster physical, mental, and emotional well-being when life gets tough. We explore what inspires us as well as the tools that help maintain emotional calm, let go of what hinders, and reconnect with the authentic purpose and goals of the integrated being.0
- Workshop 8: Planning and Time Management.Prioritize and focus on what interests me. Relationship with the outside world.0
- Workshop 9: The dream.How to give structure to a project so as not to lose focus. We will use the Dragon dreaming methodology to help us define our goals and plan the tasks to achieve them.0
- Workshop 10: Celebrate yourself:We offer an exploration of inner wisdom and intuition in order to obtain tools to prevent stress, better handle decisions in complex situations, and expand our physical and mental awareness in coherence with our own worldview and values.
