BREATHE (Balance, Resilience, Empowerment & Awareness for Thriving Women Entrepreneurs) is a initiative co-financed by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union. The project aims to objective The main objective is to strengthen the ecosystem of female entrepreneurship in rural Europe, The programme offers personalised training and practical tools to enable women to create and consolidate sustainable businesses.
The project has a duration of 18 months, starting on 5 October 2025 and ending on 4 April 2027.

Methodology
Practical, human and transferable
BREATHE desarrolla una Participatory, hybrid and replicable methodology to support Female entrepreneurs, unemployed or in professional transition in rural environments. The model starts with a co-participatory analysis of needs and the identification of good European practices, from which a methodological guide and an accessible and transferable training programme are designed. The methodology is validated through a pilot that combines online training and face-to-face meetings in Spain and Greece, and culminates in a phase of impact assessment and improvement aimed at its replicability by other European entities.
